Eligibility for Returns

Returns must be made within 10 business days from the date of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all tags and packaging intact.

Non-returnable items include: discounted or clearance items, and any products that have been used, worn, or washed, unless there is a quality issue.

 

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

 

  • Contact us by email at service@lelejove.com, providing your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
  • Our customer service team will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

 

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Please note: shipping fees are non-refundable.

If the returned item does not meet the return criteria (for example, if it is used or damaged), we reserve the right to refuse the return and send the item back to you at your expense.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at service@lelejove.com.

We will cover the return shipping costs and provide you with a full refund or exchange, based on your preference.
